Precision Meat Grinding:

  • Operate meat grinders to ensure accurate grinding of various meat products, adhering to specified texture and consistency requirements.
  • Weigh lugs of meat accurately before grinding, ensuring precise measurements for each batch.

Sausage Seasoning:

  • Carefully weigh and measure seasonings according to recipes to create flavorful and high-quality sausages.
  • Ensure the correct balance of seasonings for optimal taste and consistency.

Grind Instructions:

  •  Meticulously follow grind instructions provided for each batch, ensuring the appropriate grind size and texture.
  •  Collaborate with supervisors and team members to adjust settings as needed for different meat products.

Safe Equipment Operation:

  • Operate grinders in a safe manner, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
  •  Regularly inspect and maintain grinder equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Quality Control:

  •  Perform visual inspections of ground meat to identify any irregularities, defects, or deviations from standards.
